I have to amend this mixing down tutorial...seriously, louder is not better as I've learned. It's best to mix down as quiet as possible while still preserving a perceptible dynamic range.

so what would you categorize these cats like Untold, Rustie, and Toastie under? The genre is getting insane right now... and that is a good thing. I feel like how my older relatives must have felt in the 60s witnessing the shifts and organic growth of this music.

I really like production value, it is very clean and well put together. The base drum track is full and pretty beefy, the leads are playful and experimental, however I don’t see an overall theme here, sounds like Sina is playing around and not seriously composing! He definitely should pursue a more rigorous composition, given his production capabilities and the clean sounds he is generating. The one vocal bit is pretty cool, would have been great to have more of it!

Thanks. Melon light is a lot of different things, it's a freeform concept left to anybody's own interpretations.

It could also simply be this: <a href="http://www.markertek.com/productImage/BIG/MELON-H22.JPG" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">melon...light!</a>
